Special Processing and Other Available Services

Esschem manufactures an extensive line of standard polymers, copolymers, polymer mixtures and monomeric compounds. Esschem is able to formulate and/or manufacture custom compounds to meet your needs.
Standard polymers are sifted through a 60 mesh (250 micron) screen. Special sifting is available with a wide variety of screen choices.
Benzoyl peroxide content in a polymer may be varied according to your specifications. Peroxide-free polymers are also available.
Laboratory services related to your specific polymer, monomer and/or liquid compound requests are typically made available to you at no additional charge. Extensive research and development projects are billed at agreed-upon rates.
Your proprietary formulations can be prepared in batches ranging from laboratory, pilot and full-production plant scale. This work is held in strict confidence to help protect your trade secrets.
Color matching and pigmentation services are available as indicated. The initial order must be at least 400 pounds or a special coloring fee will be assessed.
Technical data sheets and material safety data sheets (MSDS) are available upon request for standard products.
Specialized formulations and adaptations based on changing market or regulatory demands can be accommodated. These may include, but are not limited to, cadmium-free pigmentation and phthalate-free compositions. Please discuss your needs and we will assist you in developing a solution.
